If you know us, you know we LOVE our coffee. During the weekdays one of my favorite things to do with the girls is to walk down to Dunkin’s on Front St., settle into a comfy window seat and let the littles indulge in a bag of chocolate munchkins while I sneak in sips of my coffee. However, on the weekends one of our favorite things to do is get up and head out to another local coffee shop; typically we find ourselves at Seabird Coffee and Co., in Cohasset, MA.
We love the cozy feeling you get after stepping inside and it’s not just the comforting smell of brewing coffee and freshly made breakfast treats but also the warmth that exudes from behind the counter – the Seabirders hard at work, always with a welcoming smile on their face. This is truly a home-away-from-home kind of place; you feel like you’re family with Brian, AJ and Kristen. Oh and you better be open to running into someone you know there, I don’t think we’ve ever not found local friends enjoying the same morning routine as us 🙂
Besides the ambience, this is the place to go if you’re a coffee enthusiast. They bring in new “Resident Roasters” every month to keep things interesting and test out what’s new in the world of coffee beans. It’s also a great way for Seabird to create connections with local businesses up and down the New England coast. Small businesses helping other small businesses is truly at work here and it’s another reason why we love popping in and supporting this local gem.
They also are doing a stellar job on their Instagram account – go check them out!
